Privacy Policy

Last updated: Dec 24, 2025. This policy explains how Amiggle LLC ("Amiggle," "we," "us") handles information when you visit our website or request a demo.

1. Scope

Amiggle is currently in a private, demo-only phase. We do not offer a public, self-serve product at this time. This policy covers information collected through our website and demo requests.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Demo requests and contact messages: information you submit via our contact form (e.g., name, email address, what you’re interested in, and your message).
  • Website and security logs: basic technical data that browsers and servers typically provide (e.g., IP address, device/browser type, approximate timestamps, and pages requested) for reliability and security.
  • Anti-abuse signals: we use Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form to reduce spam and abuse.

Note: Because the product is not publicly available, we generally do not collect end-user “usage” data from a deployed service (such as interview sessions or resume content) unless you share it directly during a demo.

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to your messages and schedule or deliver demos.
  • Evaluate interest and improve our website and demo experience.
  • Protect against spam, fraud, and abuse; maintain security and reliability.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website (for example, hosting, email delivery, and spam prevention). These providers are permitted to process information only to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights and users, or to prevent abuse and security incidents.

5. Google reCAPTCHA

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms. reCAPTCHA may collect device and usage signals to determine whether interactions are legitimate.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact and demo request information for as long as needed to respond, provide demos, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

7. Your Choices

  • Access / deletion: you can ask us to delete the personal information you submitted via our contact form.
  • Corrections: you can ask us to correct inaccurate information.

To make a request, please contact us via our Contact page. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
